Highlight
With under three minutes left and the Lions trying to run the clock while nursing a six-point lead, Liberty junior quarterback Tyler Rogers bobbled the snap on second and 20 from Liberty's 34. Rogers picked up the ball in time and launched a pass down the middle of the field. Sophomore receiver Chad Bennett made a leaping grab to complete the 25-yard pass.
Player of the game
Liberty senior Paul Panaccione hauled in a 65-yard touchdown pass on the first play after the restart. In the fourth quarter he scored on a 31-yard reverse for his 14th touchdown of the season.
